Welcome to Suker ("the App"), an AI-powered chat application developed by botsukerteam@outlook.com. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
By using Suker, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement.
The App allows users to:
• Chat with AI characters featuring unique personalities, backgrounds, and stories.
• Customize chat wallpapers and assign nickSukers to AI characters.
• Unlock hidden character secrets and create additional AI character settings.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes (e.g., harassment, generating harmful content).
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App’s code or AI models.
• Impersonate others or submit false information.
• Share content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
App Ownership: All software, designs, and AI content are owned by botsukerteam@outlook.com or its licensors.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection and usage.
• AI Content: AI-generated dialogue may be fictional or inaccurate. We do not endorse user or AI character views.
• Service Availability: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of reliability or error-free operation.
We are not liable for:
• Indirect damages arising from App use.
• Actions of third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of local, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
